Add Catalog FAQ to WordPress and publish your first reusable answer.
Update FREE first, then PRO without uninstalling. Version 1.1.2 moves the specialized bulk assignment, answer and conditional revert handlers into the separate Pro add-on. Free retains its library, publishing, generic jobs, imports and stored journals. Matching Pro requires Free 1.1.2 with core API 2.
Without compatible active Pro, bulk work pauses and bulk revert is unavailable; retained jobs can still be inspected or cancelled. Reactivating compatible Pro restores eligible work under the original 30-day revert deadline. Existing answers and saved records are retained.

What is included, how the plugins work, and what to expect.
Yes. Free has no vendor account, paid question quota, or expiry. It includes the shared library and publishing tools. Pro is a separate add-on for catalog management.
No. Page FAQs work with Gutenberg and shortcodes on an ordinary WordPress site. WooCommerce adds product placement, and Elementor adds the native Catalog FAQ widget when installed.
It explains the separate Pro add-on with clearly labelled examples. Free publishing tools work without upgrading; Pro features are installed through the separate plugin.
Catalog FAQ requests a local page-cache refresh through supported WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache disk caching on a single WordPress site. After-save notices explain the result. Host, CDN and multisite caches may need a separate refresh.
Your shared questions, groups, and FREE assignments remain. Hidden questions can return, local wording returns to shared wording, and rule-only answers can disappear. Use Before deactivating PRO to compare affected products in bounded pages. The Plugins screen also warns before single or bulk deactivation; saved PRO settings remain in the database.
This release publishes the answers you write. It does not include an AI generator or promise rankings, traffic, rich results, sales, or a conversion rate. Its value is clearer publishing and more controlled catalog changes.
Use versioned JSON/CSV for smaller exchanges or a guided ZIP bundle for larger libraries. Review ordered parts and resume unfinished work. Protected and scheduled answers are held as drafts; settings and assignment replacement require explicit choices. Active PRO can include rules and product exceptions with reviewed mappings; exports explain omitted configuration. Private journals and audit history are excluded. The inspected Easy Accordion FREE 3.1.10 adapter covers classic custom-content accordions. It preserves source data and reports skipped types; existing source shortcode placements require manual replacement.
The delivered plugins do not require a vendor account or send vendor telemetry. Their administrative APIs use your own WordPress site. External media chosen by an author can contact its provider during editing, preview or display; the plugins do not supply a visitor media-consent blocker. They retain local content, drafts and operational records as described in the readmes. This demonstration keeps fictional sample edits in this browser. Reset sample clears those local changes.
